How does an AI claims platform connect inspection, survey and claims?

ClaimHorizon puts all three on one shared evidence repository. A vehicle’s pre-inspection record, the Spot Setu survey and the claim file live in the same place, under the same roles, rules and audit trail. Each step reuses what was captured before, so nothing is re-collected and every decision can be traced to its evidence.

    Security & responsible AI

    What is the ClaimHorizon platform?

ClaimHorizon is a connected AI workflow for insurance operations. Pre-Inspection AI, Spot Setu and AI Claims Processing run on one shared layer of capture, AI, configurable workflow, human approval, evidence repository, audit trail and integrations.

Do we have to buy every module?

No. Insurers can start with one module, such as pre-inspection, and add others later. Each new module reuses the evidence and configuration already in place.

Can ClaimHorizon integrate with our policy and claims systems?

Yes. The platform is API-ready and outputs reports as PDF and JSON. The integration scope, such as creating cases, receiving status updates and pulling final reports, is agreed during solution design.

    How is access controlled?

Through role-based access. Insurers decide which roles can capture, review, approve, configure or view the audit trail, and every action is logged against a named user.

    How long is evidence kept?

Data retention is configurable to the insurer’s policies and regulatory requirements, and is set during onboarding.

    What deployment options are available?

Deployment and hosting options are discussed during solution design based on the insurer’s security, data-residency and integration requirements.

Does the platform work on low-end phones and in regional languages?

Capture is mobile-first and runs in the phone’s browser, and the field flow is designed to be multilingual. Supported languages are confirmed during onboarding.
